The Federated Garden Clubs of Iowa, in connection with the Department of Landscape Architecture and Community Planning and the Cooperative Extension Service at Iowa State University, offered short courses, often a weekend in length, in landscape architecture. Each series was comprised of four separate courses, and the classes were open to "any interested person." The series consists of correspondence, publicity materials, administrative records, and booklets pertaining to landscape architecture short courses. The series is listed chronologically.
